Letter from Tantra House MAT GIA SONG NGUYEN : DO YOU CONTROL THE WEATHER? (Trò kiểm soát được thời tiết không?)

Dear disciples and learners!

I am feeling this morning at Tantra House is wonderful today. Sunshine’s smiling at me after a few rainy days. Flowers are blooming, it has an aroma, the fishes are swimming, my cats are playing each other. What’s the nice weather for me! I don’t force all you to think like me but I want to describe reality!

Turtle on a lotus leaf in Buddha’s Footprint Lake

Guru and  the cats at Tantra house

Although the scenery here is beautiful, but it is only temporary because Buddha taught that the World is impermanent. It remind me one “quotations”: “Don’t remember days only remember moment”! Yes! Tantra House is wonderful at the moment, in this morning; but it’d getting worse in the evening- it is normal because no one controls and complains the weather! Here and now is important for us, practitioners Pure Mind Yoga.

Flowers is blooming

I am happy but may I will unhappy in the evening because mood depends on conditions and circumstances. I think that only practicing Buddhism (especially Pure Mind Yoga) will be beneficial forever. I give you an exemple: when seeing suffering, I pray that may the suffering of all beings be pacified; and when seeing happiness, I pray may all beings achieve the happiness of Buddha’s nature…

Pure Mind Yoga

What’s spiritual practicing of Buddhism? They include: (1) worshipping (2) offering (3) penitence (4) praying (5) pushing the Sutra (6) sermonizing (7) reciting the Buddha’s name (8), reciting mantra (9) listening to Dharma (10) meditation.

But I think they take many time in practicing, so I want to present my methods for mind protection by..
1, Eight Dharma methods of taking refuge in The Three Jewels
2, Uninterrupted Offerings
3, Samayagdrsti-PrahaSamadhi
4, Lotus Walking Darani
5, Meditation on Bodhichitta
6, Five stages of Chenrezig meditation and Dharani

Especially, I want to notice that you was accepted to practice “Samayagdrsti-PrahaSamadhi” and “Lotus Walking Darani”. It means you read and comment on chanhtuduy.com, as much as possible. It means you must pay attention your every step by methog “Lotus Walking Darani” (left leg : om man ni, right leg : pe me hum)…

You know, World is impermanent but Buddhism is permanent. So practicing Dharma always is useful for us.

left leg : om man ni, right leg : pe me hum

Dear disciple and learners

I have writen my article but you don’t think it is article! It is not just a groupe of sentences, but only it’s my heart and my soul. I want to finish my writing by holy teachings: “Life-long friends and relatives must eventually bid farewell. Wealth accumulated with sweat and tears must eventually abandon. Consciousness, a guest who lodges in this body, must eventually depart. Not attach to this life. That is the practice of all Bodhisattvas..”.. (from the thirty –seven practices of all the bodhisattvas by Gyalse Tokme Zangpo)

“Life-long friends and relatives must eventually bid farewell.

I don’t ask you don’t forget my concerns to you, but only remind you understand my teachings and appy its in your studying Dharma (Pure Mind Yoga, it made in Tantra House). With meta from Thinley- Nguyen Thanh

chân trái: om man ni, chân phải: pe me hum

    Dear holy Guru,
What a big surprise to get your Dharma gift in English! It is a wonderful teaching about the amazing opportunity to practice Dharma in daily life with effective and easy methods made by Guru. I admire your noble efforts to learn English at the age of 60. It is not easy for those who are at 60 to learn English. It is common that those people can not speak a single word in English. Because learning a language is difficult even for the young, let alone the elderly. It is obvious that your Bodhicitta makes the amazing achievement. You try your best to learn English and write an article in English in order that all foreign learners have a chance to read your article in English and connect directly with Guru. It is a wonderful gift for all of us, especially for learners all over the world.
In addition, your article is so meaningful and we can learn a lot of valuable lessons from your teaching. I keep in my mind that life is impermanent, but Dharma is permanent. The six spiritual methods invented by Guru is obviously permanent and their values remain forever to help all sentient beings to get free from suffering and get happy this life, achieve the ultimate bliss next life in the Pure Land of Buddhas.
I am very lucky to learn from you and have been accepted to practice your methods. I understand that I should treasure the present to be your disciple and try my best to practice Dharma as much as possible to collect merit and wisdom in order to repay your kindness. If I do not live in present moment, only stay in the past or dream of the future, I will never be free from suffering in Samsara. Nothing is more precious than the chance to practicing Dharma. More importantly, the methods to develop Bodhicitta are much beneficial.
Thank you so much for your teaching.
May you have good health and live long for the sake of all sentient beings.
May all sentient beings attain the happiness of Buddha’s nature.

  7. Cao Diệu Mật Từ says:

    Dear Guru,
I really enjoyed reading your new article. I am happy to see a beautiful and lively picture of Song Nguyen Tantra House in the morning with sunshine, flowers, fishes, and cats. The lesson of “here and now” is now being recalled, as I am happy at the moment reading your article, and it brings me happiness and smiling faces even though it is raining heavily in my city. I understand more your teaching that the weather and the scenery are impermanent, but the Dharma is permanent. We can always find inner happiness with the help of Dharma, no matter how the contextual factors are. Speaking of which, I am happier that we are taught by Guru and are allowed to practice the methods that are not hindered by space, place, or time. There are many sentient beings out there who are desperately looking for a Guru, for a tiny ray of light for the dark tunnel that they keep going through, for a source of genuine teaching that helps to revive their lives. All those issues are solved for us by the precious opportunity to have a connection with Guru. It becomes more vivid for me the reason why Guru devotion was compared to a “wish-fulfilling jewel”, as Guru is the delivery channel and the most important connection that decides all our spiritual achievements, even tiny ones. I am grateful that Guru has written this article in English so that all the learners, disciples from all over the world can read it. This indeed encourages me a lot to keep moving forward and expanding the horizon. Guru is always a great example for us and a source of inspiration for us so that we can overcome any challenges and difficulties if there are any. I would like to happily praise Guru’s wisdom, virtue, and bodhicitta to continuously and tirelessly lead us on the path to liberation. May Guru have good health and longevity for the benefit of all sentient beings.
May all sentient beings attain the Buddha nature’s happiness.
    May Covid19 pandemic end soon.
    Om mani padme hum.

  8. Cao Diệu Giác Đăng says:

    Dear Guru,

I am very delighted to read your English letter this morning.

I joyfully admire your ability to use English, each line of your letter is like a flying brushstroke, dotting the picture of the Central Tantra House in a peaceful, quiet and beautiful morning, with golden sunshine, with colorful flowers, fragrant with the wind, with cats leisurely playing; like skillful hands playing up the highs and lows of the singing birds, the sound of fish wagging their tails, the sound of trees fluttering…

And more beautiful, deeper and more meaningful than a thousand times, each line of Guru’s letter is the voice from the heart, from the soul of Guru, the Founder of Pure Mind Dharma, who has worked hard for many years, revealing the beneficial dharma, and then never stopped in spreading the Dharma, teaching sentient beings; never hesitated or ignored, but always used many skillful means for being an example, inspiring a strong inspiration for us and sentient beings in the step-by-step journey to get rid of the sufferings of the flow of samsara, reaching true happiness, eternally following the path of Mindfulness which Buddha pointed out.

A liked picture, liked music letter, arouses in us joy, an attitude of appreciation to the existing beauty. At the same time, through here reminding us of the lesson of “keeping a balanced mind, a joyful attitude”, no matter what the circumstances, with the effects of external conditions, we should not cling to or be influenced by them. Because, “the world is impermanent”, everything will change, from the weather – sunny in the morning, rainy in the afternoon, to the mood of people – who are happy then become irritable, or, people’s hearts changing day by day, as well as things that are considered sacred and durable, such as maternal love, family affection, etc., which are only temporary, will fade over time. As the holy monk Thogme Zangpo taught in his book 37 Bodhisattva Practices, “When faced with attractive objects, even though they are as beautiful as a midsummer rainbow, let know that they have no self-nature and let go of them, give up attachment and clinging!”, and “Life-long frienfs and relatives eventually bid farewell. Wealth accumulated with sweat and tears must eventually also be left behind. Consciousness, a guest who lodges in this body, must eventually depart. Don’t cling to this life. That is the practice of all Bodhisattva.”

I would like to keep in mind the teaching of Guru, here and now are important for Thanh Tri practitioners, we should live in bliss, because Buddha’s dharma is eternal, practicing the Pure Mind Dharma is the effective, flexible method, helps us to reap real benefits and happiness, so that the present life can be peaceful, and fully prepare for the next life of bliss.

I joyfully praise the virtues, bodhicitta, and wisdom of holy Guru. Thank you, Guru, for bringing and teaching us the inconceivable Six Marvelous Methods, enabling us to freely practice Dharma to reap true benefits, wherever we are, at any moment, no matter what we are doing, whether we are happy or sad,… I thank you for allowing us to practice the “Samayagdrsti-PrahaSamadhi”, and “Lotus Walking dharani”. I pray for each of us always cherish and diligently practice so as not to betray Guru’s bodhicitta.

I pray for Guru’s health and longevity for the sake of all sentient beings.

Pray for all sentient beings achieve the happiness of Buddha’s nature.

Pray for the covid 19 pandemic soon over.

    Om Mani Padme Hum.

  9. Mật Hồng Thức says:

    Dear Guru,

I gladly read Guru’s letter No. 341. I am happy with the beautiful scenery of the place where the sun rises after a rainy day, through the image of the weather. I understand more that we should not cling to the date, the important thing is the time, and how we feel. Life is impermanent, all possessions created by sweat and tears, fame and career, social relationships, family and clan, consciousness and this body must be left behind when dying. Only the karma we create will follow us in the causal process. In order to escape the cycle of birth and death, the Buddha showed the way to liberation, today Guru follows the Buddha’s example, discovered the Thanh Tri mind dharma with the Six Marvelous Methods, easy to understand, easy to practice, help quickly accumulate merit and be suitable for nationalism, epochalism, and national character. I praise the merits of Guru who compassionately guided us on the right path to the city of Liberation, we just need to stay awake, diligently practice the Dharma, and firmly believe in Gurru and the Three Jewels, with a heart of devotion toward Guru in accordance with the right path. And we can get happiness in the heart, worldly success, social achievements – peace in this life, and ecstasy in the next life.

May Guru have a good health and live long for the sake of all sentient beings.

May the covid 19 pandemic soon end.

    Om Mani Padme Hum.

    Cao Diệu Tuyết Hoa says:

    Dear Guru,
I am happy to read this article.
I am delighted and admired with the bilingual article penned by Guru yourself. I am happy with this “appearance” of Guru who always show us a learning spirit that is not a hindrance, only when people’s hearts are “afraid of mountains and rivers” can they not move forward. Along with wisdom, the Bodhicitta of the Guru used all skillful means (learning English while over the 60 years old) to be able to sow the seeds of liberation without being hindered by language as the teaching of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara said “Use all that exists as a cause by which all sentient beings quickly attain Buddhahood.”
I am also happy with the reality of the article brings comparison with the present if I never complain about the weather because I know that these are the things I can’t change, only the way the change for coping them by getting an extra umbrella, raincoat or change to a means of transport, which is an auto instead of a motorbike if possible. Likewise, difficult situations are inevitable in life, not just in any current case. If one could see “what state my mind is in”, there would be countermeasures, and it would be possible to practice that, then Guru was compassionate to lower the semantics and create skillful means through the Pure Mind Yoga by the Six Magical Methods so that we are free to choose the means that suit our own conditions. But one thing is for sure that we are all on the right path of the Dharma and be protected in going to the city of Liberation.
Thank you so much for Guru’s teaching. I am grateful to Guru.
May Guru live long and have good health for the sake of all sentient beings.
May all sentient beings attain the happiness of Buddha’s nature.
May Covid 19 will be end soon.
    Om Mani Padme Hum.

  12. Cao Diệu Hồng Tuyến says:

    Dear holy Guru,
I am delighted to read this Vietnamese-English bilingual article. The title of the article urges me to look for the answer to what I can control. Then I realized that the only thing I have control over is probably my actions. But alas, how I act depends on my mood at that time, but mood depends on external conditions and circumstances. From this vicious circle, I realized that the weather in particular and the conditions outside in general are the factors that control me, not the other way around. Thinking of this, I feel lucky because we have the opportunity to practice the Pure Mind Dharma to protect our minds against the influence of the external environment. Especially with the Meditation on Bodhicitta, we can take advantage of external conditions and circumstances such as sad, happy scenes, daily activities such as standing, sitting, etc., to generate bodhichitta to accumulating merit while keeping a balanced mind. I joyfully praise the merits and wisdom of Guru, who compassionately discovered six methods of protecting the mind in accordance with era, nation, giving us the opportunity to perform ten spiritual activities of Buddhism efficiently, thereby accumulating merit and wisdom to benefit oneself and others. I also thank you for reminding us of the impermanence of the world, the permanence of Buddhism, and the benefits that Buddhism brings to us to help us stay awake, mindful, and more attentive in our practice Dhamar.
May Guru good health and live long for the sake of all sentient beings.
May the Covid-19 pandemic be over soon.
    Om Mani Padme Hum.

  13. Cao Diệu Mật Hoà says:

    Dear Guru,

I am delighted to read your new article.

I am delighted to feel the gorgeous picture of the morning in Song Nguyen Tantra house. Especially, it was “painted” by you in both English and Vietnamese.

Through the beauty of nature, you give us the lesson of impermanence and Buddhist Dharma value. The morning may be great, but the evening could be bad. We may be happy in the morning, but we could get sad in the evening. Because the world is impermanent, except Buddhism. I understand that to face the same situation, if normal people will be in passive position, Buddhist practitioners will be in proactive one by using situation as a chance to practice Dharma.

I am happy to know that we are now accepted to practice “Samayagdrsti-PrahaSamadhi” and “Lotus Walking Darani”. I am grateful for your endless effort because of the happiness of all sentient beings. Especially, you still try to learn English at the age of 60s to easily access of teaching all sentient beings around the world. That makes me feel so admired and inspired.

May Guru have good health and live long for the sake of all sentient beings.

May all sentient beings attain the happiness of Buddha’s nature.

    May Covid-19 pandemic end soon.

  14. Cao Diệu Tấn Giác
    Cao Diệu Tấn Giác says:

    Dear Holy Guru!
I am delighted to read your letter in two languages English and Vietnamese “Can you control the weather?”. Guru’s article is full of images, sounds, and the poetic writing style of Guru. It helps me understand different aspects of the impermanence of life in the Saha world and the human mood.
This morning is a weekend. I got up and went for a walk with “Mani walking steps”. While enjoying the fresh morning air, suddenly the rain came from nowhere. I thought this rain would last for a long time and I had to find a place to shelter from the rain, but less than 10 minutes later, the sun appeared and shined again. It is true that the appearance of impermanence happens really quickly, like the change of human mood. But, “the world is impermanent, and only the Dharma of the Buddha is eternal”. It is not by chance that Master Atisha once said “Delight joyfully in the uninterrupted vision of the objects of the six senses; whatever you enjoy, bodhi will blaze more and more. Once you have obtained the power of supreme presence and it has become stable. To meditate means leaving the six sense consciousness free and relaxed”
Taking material from real-life experiences, the Guru basing on the Holy Doctrine gave us valuable teachings in the spirit of “enjoy worldly pleasure with Dharma mind, taking advantages of practical circumstances to plant the Bodhi seeds”, always contemplating “we must ask ourselves “which state my mind is in?”” to transform the mind into the Dharma path and “Always see the bright side of all phenomena” according to the teachings of Padmasambhava. Based on the Buddha’s teachings and in the spirit of “Dharma is life, life is Dharma”, Thanh Tri’s Dharma practice has helped us to enjoy every moment of life with the holy pride of a Buddhist practitioner and practice Dharma for the benefit of all sentient beings. The Six Marvelous Spiritual Dharma invented by the Guru are advanced spiritual technologies that help us go quickly on the journey of Enlightenment without much effort and without being limited by space, time, and circumstances. Just by refueling our “Devotion to the Guru”, we can soar our wings in the sky of emptiness to the Land of Ultimate Bliss.
I thank you for writing the article in English so that not only us, practitioners in this S-shaped country but also all friends in foreign tantra houses and around the world can access, understand the wonderful Guru’s teachings, and immediately receive valuable practical lessons from the Guru. I joyfully praise the merits, wisdom, and bodhicitta of Guru, who is always enthusiastic in teaching us and all sentient beings.
I sincerely pray for Guru to stay alive for a long time for the sake of upholding the Dharma to benefit all sentient beings.
Pray that the Covid-19 pandemic will soon be ended. May all sentient beings achieve the happiness of Buddha-nature.
    OM MANI PADME HUM.

    Dear Guru,
I am very delighted to read this article. Thank you, Guru, for giving us such a precious gift of Dharma.
I am grateful to Guru for compassionately allowing us to practice the “Samayagdrsti-PrahaSamadhi” and “Lotus Walking dharani” along with many skillful means to help us apply the Dharma in our lives without being affected by space, time, place, and circumstances. Thereby, we gradually transform the mind, keep a balanced mind and an attitude of appreciation though in the face of favorable conditions or obstacles; and at the same time we can accumulate merit and wisdom as luggage on the way to find the city of liberation. I will keep in mind the Guru’s words “the world is impermanent. Buddhism is eternal. So practicing the Dharma is always helpful to us.” I commend the merits and wisdom of bodhicitta of Guru, who compassionately founded the Pure Mind Dharma for benefit of sentient beings.
I pray for Guru’s health and longevity for the sake of all sentient beings.
I pray for all sentient beings imbued the gift of the Three Jewels through the Guru’s transport channel .
I pray for the corona epidemic to be eradicated soon.

    Dear Holy Guru!
I’m happy to read your letter. I thank you Guru for giving us a meaningful and beneficial article.
Through your letter, I understand that the world is impermanent, so we cannot control everything around us. Likewise, the weather is always changing that is independent of human will. But we can control our behavior and attitude. We should enjoy the present moment and practice Dharma as much as possible. Thank you Guru for reminding us of the importance of “the moment”, and more importantly, practicing Buddhism (especially Pure Mind Yoga) will be beneficial forever.
I’m happy and emotional when I read your teaching that we were accepted to practice “Samayagdrsti-PrahaSamadhi” and “Lotus Walking Darani” by the permission of Guru. Dear Guru!
I am delighted to read this letter. It seems that, the words of encouragement from the heart of Guru make the rock of our mind melt. I will remember and often reflect upon that “world is impermanent but Buddhism is permanent”. I am aware of that being able to practice Dharma, to study Dharma from Guru-the Patriarch of the Thanh Tri lineage is not a rare luck but rather the greatest blessing. So, I will always remind my self to cherish this opportunity. Thank you Guru for giving us a great gift, I am happy with the wonderful method of Guru for mind protection, for consciousness sublimation.
May Guru have good health and live long for the sake of sentient being.
May all sentient beings attain the happyness of Buddhahood.
May the Covid pandemic will be soon over.

  21. Cao Diệu Nguyên Tánh says:

    Dear Respected Guru,

I read your article and I am happy with the beautiful and peaceful of Mat Gia Song Nguyen Tantra house.

I surprised with your English but I though the important thing here is not because of good or not good in English when the Guru wrote this article. It is because of beneficial for all disciples and sentient being as it comes from Guru Bodhicitta, heart and soul.

We cannot control the weather but we can earn beneficial for self and for being by practicing Buddhism and luckily that In Mat Gia Song Nguyen Tantra house, the Guru Thinley Nguyen Thanh has six methods to teach us how to do that and of course we need a permission from Guru before practicing any mentioned method listed in the article.

I thank Guru for writing this article to remind us, to teach us a lesson “World is impermanent but Buddhism is permanent. So practicing Dharma is always useful for us.”

May the Guru good health for the sake of all beings.

May all sentient beings attain the happiness of Buddha’s nature.

May the nCovid-19 pandemic be soon over.

    Om Mani Padme Hum.

  22. Cao Diệu Thanh Phương
    Cao Diệu Thanh Phương says:

    Dear Guru,

I was surprised by this article lesson in English. Before, Guru wrote many articles in English, although it was easy to understand, when I read it, I still felt that Guru wrote the English version after thinking in Vietnamese. But until this post, I feel that you have thought and written the article in English, and the Vietnamese version is just “subtitles”. The result is the same that there are English lessons that are easy to understand, but the nature is different because the Guru has thought around the orbit in English, which is extremely difficult for someone who is good at English, but Guru now past the age of sixty, it’s really a big achievement that many young people cannot catch.

I really respect and admire you, a short article but reflecting the results of your constant efforts, your long-term preparation to have the means to improve the quality of teaching, when today, Tantra House reaches international learners.
Guru has always given us advice, urged us to constantly learn and develop ourselves, and Guru has always been an example, not a mere word!

However, besides that, I also know that a lot of people are good at English, but to write good English is another thing, it’s not just language, it’s also thinking and feeling. Thinking base on the Dharma orbit in English requires mastery of the Dharma and methods of communication – the things that make up the teacher’s good and inspiring lectures. Rarely anyone can do it.

So no matter how important English is in today’s life, English is just a secondary means. The Guru already knows Russian and English, but if one day in a certain country, English is no longer popular, then I believe that it will not be able to hinder your path. Because what makes a good lecture is thanks to the wisdom and thinking ability, the method of communication of the teacher, what makes the Guru that we respect are spiritual discoveries, wisdom and knowledge, compassion, is the bodhicitta of the Guru. A good Dharma lesson cannot just come from a person who is just good at the language or just know a lot of Dharma

Just like we have to know how to distinguish between the main and the secondary in this life. The idea that a good English article is due to English ability, or a happy life is due to sufficient material, but no, it is all just a secondary factor, a surface phenomenon. A happy life is not a peaceful or full life, but a life where our mind is calm despite any fluctuations. “A bird that sits on a branch is not afraid of the branch breaking, not because it believes in the branch, but because it believes in its wings.”

Today it’s sunny, tomorrow it’s rainy, today society need this, tomorrow follows that… “The world is impermanent but the Buddha’s Dharma is permanent”. We cannot control the weather , we can only adjust ourselves to the right path. The last thing that stays with us and helps us is only the Dharma.
“Life-long friends and relatives must eventually bid farewell.

I thank you for the advice and encouragement with all your heart that you has given us.

I sincerely pray for your health and longevity for the benefit of sentient beings.
May all sentient beings attain the happiness of Buddha nature.
I Pray that the pain of sentient beings will subside and Covid patients will gradually recover.
I pray that the Covid-19 pandemic will end soon.
    Om Mani Padme Hum.

    Dear Guru,
It has almost been a year since I read an English Dharma article written by you. I think that you will never know how surprised I was when I saw your progress on this second language. Your effort at this age indeed made me ashamed of myself. I hope I can be as diligent as you’ve been in each and every thing you wanna do for the sake of sentient being.
Thank you so much for the meaningful lesson that you bestowed us through this letter. I understand that impermanence is the essence of life. Everything changes every moment. As we cannot change that fact, you have taught us to try to accept and choose the right way to live, that is, “Don’t remember days, remember moments”. We need to treasure our present when we are still your disciple and have been given valuable methods to practice dharma. One more important thing, I will bear in mind that life is impermanent, but Buddhism is permanent.
Thank you again for sending us such a beautiful english letter. You have always encouraged, motivated and inspired us by your real action. I will try my best to follow your path.
May you have a good health and live long for the benefit of all sentient beings.

  26. Cao Diệu Nhất Nguyên says:

    Dear Holy Guru,

Thank you for your letter. I learned that, in life, there are conditions and circumstances that we cannot control, such as the weather. And the happiness that depends on them will also change against our wishes. Even the little things that we can control are very short-lived in the wind of impermanence.

But with Pure Mind Yoa, worldly sufferings and happiness can become my prayers to all sentient beings, every step can bring benefit to the 6 realms through the Mani mantra — “Only practicing Buddhism (especially Pure Mind Yoga) will be beneficial forever.”

I feel very lucky to understand this right view through your articles and many others on chanhtuduy.com. May the Guru have good health and live long for the benefit of all sentient beings. May all sentient beings attain the happiness of Buddha’s nature. May the Covid-19 pandemic will soon be over.

  31. Tantra Dharma Sunyats says:

    My Dear Holy Guru,
A million thanks for your timely and edifying letter scripted by your Holy self in impeccable English Language
In this apostolic letter, you drew an analogy between the impermanence of the weather (from smiling sunshine in the morning enabling your cats to play with themselves, fish to swim, flowers to blossom with Rich aroma to a damp rainy evening inhibiting emotions and activities)and life’s journey of impermanence (wherein riches and wealth will ultimately disappear, relationships and long time friendships will exist no more, Consciousness will abandon us). What remains permanent is the Dharma as Guatama Buddha himself taught. We are therefore expected to understand Guru’s teachings as embodied from the Tantra House and apply same in our study of Pure Mind Dharma. This includes practice of
Samayagdrsti-Praha SaMadhi,Lotus Walking Dharma, meditation on Bodhichitta.5stages of Chenrez meditation and Dharani. In practicing the Lotus Walk we should proceed as follows;(Left Leg: ma no; Right Leg;pe me Hum ).
In sum,we should practice on that which alone is permanent which is The Dharma

May the Guru live long and in good health to provide more sacred letters for the Illumination of all sentient beings.

    Dear Guru,
It’s great to read your new article in English again after a long time. I’m surprised by your improvement in English writing. It inspires us to keep learning and practising Dharma along with English when reading your articles and your replies to foreign disciples in English.
This article is a lovely lesson from you to us about the impermanent of all happiness in this life, as this life is very short. So we shouldn’t forget to practise Dharma when we’re in good mood, in good condition. Thanks to your six methods, we can now be practising in our daily life in a very handy and easy way, even when we’re pleased or uncomfortable. Every moment is all precious as it will be a good chance for us to practise Dharma. I now more understand your favourite quote: “Don’t remember days but remember the moments”. I will keep that in mind to enjoy every moment to play with my mind by trying to practise Dharma as much as I can.
Thank you Guru for your great spiritual inventions (6 methods). May everyone achieve the happiness of the Buddha’s nature.

    My gratitude, O Guru.
My journey has come further than it would have had I never made my way to your lovely shade and respite. To rest in your words for a long time is of great comfort. You are like a wizened and gnarled tree, reaching its long deserved respect, as you branch further. I do not know which tree I may be in the end, but I am glad to share the Grove with Guru, and hear the wisdom his branches sing as they whistle in the breeze. I know that even when Guru has to depart for the next journey, that the tribute he has made to his followers shall remain for much time to come, much like a tree that breaks down, only, long after its time has come and gone. One cannot truly complain the weather for surely the balance of All, knows the Way.
Just because one tree is not particularly thirsty, does not mean the rest are not parched. The lips of wisdom are open only to the ears of understanding. Every lesson Guru shares, I can see the well crafted complexity in even the utmost simplicity. Guru is a great man who sincerely understands the art of “One word, rather than 7”

    Dear Holy Guru
I am so delighted to read The letter from Tantra House Mat Gia Song Nguyen: “Do you control the weather?”, an English-Vietnamese bilingual article containing the heart and soul of the honour Guru.
I would like to praise the virtue, wisdom and Bodhicitta of the Guru who used many skillful means to inspire and bring the light of the Buddha to sentient beings.
Through this article, I understand that: We cannot and do not need to control the weather as well as many external conditions happening around us. The most important thing that we should do in this life is to practice the Buddhadharma, more specifically to practice the mind-protecting methods of Pure Mind Yoga:
1, Eight Dharma methods of taking refuge in The Three Jewels
    2, Uninterrupted Offerings
    3, Samayagdrsti-PrahaSamadhi
    4, Lotus Walking Darani
    5, Meditation on Bodhichitta
6, Five stages of Chenrezig meditation and Dharani.
Thus, in this life, we will maintain a balanced mind, joyful attitude for all changes in the external conditions, and prepare the baggage of merit and wisdom to return to the Liberation city in the future.
Thank you for the meaning lessons that you have given us. May Guru have good health and live long for the sake of all sentient beings.

    Dear Guru,

How true it is that it is moments we should remember.
When I was young I had a cat, she was a wonderful little being. I remember her lying on the kitchen table on a red cloth enjoying the sunshine. I will cherish that memorable moment for the rest of my life.

Now she has passed away, just as I no longer live in that house.

Life is change, but the memorable moments will remain – until my days are over.
